Just came across something interesting from the Etherealize team - they're calling for ETH to hit $15,000 by 2027. That's a pretty bold take, especially when you think about where ethereum price is trading right now.
Looking at the current ethereum price in CAD and USD, their projection implies some serious upside from here. We're talking roughly 3-4x from current levels over the next year or so, which is definitely ambitious but not impossible given crypto's history of explosive moves.
The reasoning behind it makes sense though. If you consider the broader adoption narrative, institutional interest, and the whole Ethereum ecosystem evolution - DeFi, staking, layer 2 scaling - there's definitely a case for ethereum price breaking through major resistance levels. The CAD equivalent would be even more interesting for Canadian traders watching the pair.
What's notable is this isn't some random Twitter prediction. The Etherealize co-founders have actual skin in the game and have been building in the space for years. Their conviction on ethereum hitting that price target by 2027 carries more weight than typical speculation you see floating around.
Personally, I think it's worth paying attention to. Whether it hits exactly $15,000 or not, the trajectory they're describing aligns with where a lot of serious market participants see Ethereum heading. If you're tracking ethereum price movements in CAD or any other currency, this kind of long-term thesis is useful context for your own analysis.
Anyone else tracking these longer-term ETH predictions? The 2027 timeframe is interesting because it gives the ecosystem real time to mature.
