Hearing that Portofino, the crypto market maker, is going through another round of staff exits. Seems like they can't catch a break lately with people jumping ship. Leonard Lancia and others apparently part of the departures happening there. Not really surprising given how chaotic things have been in the market maker space - good talent usually doesn't stick around when things get rocky. Wonder how much longer they can keep operating smoothly if this keeps happening. Anyone else tracking what's going on with these teams?
