Google said something yesterday that I found very right:

【AI Agents opening bank accounts isn't difficult, it's impossible, so crypto naturally becomes their only usable payment layer】
This isn't hype from insiders, it's from the head of Web3 at Google Cloud, speaking in front of PayPal executives at Consensus Miami.
Google has already developed an open payment protocol called AP2, with over 120 partners, including PayPal.
PayPal added some data: now 95% of merchant websites are being accessed by AI Agents, but only 20% of merchant directories are machine-readable.
Agents are already browsing your store, but you haven't turned on the lights yet.
In the past, we often said that crypto application scenarios were vague, "someone will use it in the future." This time is different—it's not that humans choose whether to use crypto, but that AI Agents simply can't use anything else.
Bank accounts are a dead end for them.
If this logic holds, the next wave of crypto demand won't come from retail investors or institutions, but from hundreds of millions of AI working online automatically.
First ETP, then RWA, now AI Agent payment layer—narratives are moving fast. Brothers, don’t take your eyes off the crypto space; everything is just beginning.
