So I've been watching the charts this week and there's something interesting happening. Bitcoin and Ethereum are pulling back from their weekly highs, but altcoins are actually climbing. It's a pretty classic move when the big two take a breather.
Looking at the current altcoin season index, there's definitely some momentum building in the alts. When BTC and ETH cool off like this, smaller caps tend to get their moment. Not saying it's a full altcoin season yet, but the conditions are starting to look more favorable for them.
Worth keeping an eye on how this plays out over the next few days. If the majors stay flat or keep retreating, we could see altcoins run harder. These kind of divergences usually don't last long though, so timing matters.
