Lately, I keep hearing people say "It's all written on the chain," and I can't help but laugh... The on-chain data you see is probably just the version provided by the RPC your wallet is connected to, and it can be delayed. Slow node synchronization, RPC queuing, the indexer hasn't finished scanning the new blocks, and the transaction status you refresh can change from "Confirmed" to "Pending," or even show discrepancies across different browsers. Not to mention occasional reorganizations, where the "truth" from one second gets rewritten the next. My paranoia makes me want to timestamp every query. On the macro side, expectations of rate cuts sometimes cause the dollar index to fluctuate wildly, and everyone starts discussing risk assets rising and falling together. I actually care more about whether the "emotional on-chain data" you're seeing reflects market movement or just pipeline congestion... Anyway, don't put too much faith in screenshots.
