Arbitrum DAO approved the release of 30,765.67 ETH, worth about $70 million, for Kelp DAO exploit relief. The transfer would send the ETH to a recovery wallet controlled by Aave, KelpDAO, EtherFi, and Certora. A restraining notice in the Southern District of New York could still block execution.
