Many times, low execution is not a matter of ability, but internal pressure and psychological conflicts are "holding you back." Instead of scaring yourself or punishing yourself, it’s better to adopt a gentler approach and work with yourself; break down your goals into sufficiently small steps when starting to act, so your body doesn’t resist, and gradually establish a rhythm; allow fluctuations in your state during the process, and view fatigue and laziness as normal parts, replacing self-blame with adjustments; at the same time, accept the uncertainty of results, and do not simply categorize everything as "success or failure." This way, you will persist more easily and truly go further.
