$ETH Evening posture suggestions

Posture has been oscillating inside the pennant pattern, but it has successfully stabilized above the 2306 resistance, which is a good sign. As long as the pullback does not fall back below 2306, it won't continue to decline. If it breaks below the 2306 support, it will need to retest the lower boundary of the pennant. If the pennant can hold and remain within the pattern, the decline won't expand. If the pennant breaks, it will retest the 2263 level. To initiate a rebound, the first step is to break through the position marked by the red arrow. Breaking through the red arrow will cause the pennant to be broken upward, allowing a challenge of the 2345 resistance. Breaking through 2345 will lead to an upward move toward 2390. Saturday's market is very simple, there's nothing much to say.

A volume breakout above 2318 on the right side indicates a long entry, while a volume breakdown below 2302 on the right side indicates a short entry. Pay attention to volume changes and set stop-losses accordingly.
On the hourly level, stabilize above 2318 and look up toward 2345-2390.
On the 4-hour level, a breakdown below 2300 suggests a move down to 2264-2218.

The 4-hour chart has returned to the triangle convergence pattern. To see a rebound on the 4-hour level, it must break through the triangle convergence pattern to move upward toward the Fibonacci 1:1 target level. If the 1:1 target seems too far, aiming for the 78.6% level is also acceptable. The prerequisite is that it must not break below the triangle convergence pattern; once broken, the pattern will be completely invalid.
