A U.S. judge has cleared the way for Aave to transfer $71M in frozen $ETH after the rsETH exploit.
The ruling allows an on-chain vote to move the ETH from Arbitrum to an Aave-controlled wallet without participants violating the legal freeze.
The ruling helps Aave push forward with its recovery plan while preserving victims’ claims against North Korea-linked assets.
