I just got itchy again and wanted to chase a position, my mouse almost clicked… I now pause for two seconds and ask myself: am I getting some new information, or am I purely being driven by emotion to add to my position? Honestly, most of the time it’s the latter — the more it rises, the more afraid of missing out I get, my stomach tightens, and I stare at the screen until my eyes hurt.

Recently, everyone has been complaining again about miners/validators earning a lot, MEV sorting being unfair, retail traders getting slippage filled and not knowing who’s cutting in line. The more I’m in this environment, the less I want to make decisions based on “impulse.” Anyway, my principle is pretty simple: operations that aren’t in my plan or can’t be reviewed afterward are considered nonexistent — either automate them or just don’t do them. That’s it for now.
