Spotify launches AI-generated personal podcast feature, supporting saving to personal library for listening
AIMPACT News, May 8 (UTC+8), Spotify has launched a new feature allowing users to directly save AI-generated personal audio briefings (Personal Podcasts) to their Spotify library for listening. After installing and logging into “Save to Spotify CLI” on desktop, users can generate daily news summaries, study review audios, or travel guides in collaboration with AI coding agents like OpenAI and Anthropic, and manage and play them within the Spotify app alongside music and regular podcasts. This feature is currently in testing and available to eligible free and paid users worldwide. Spotify reminds users that usage limits will be set during the testing period. (Source: PANews)
