Many people are used to focusing on "what others think of me": whether they are pretty enough, if someone likes them, if they are envied. But what truly makes a person stable and relaxed is not these external feedbacks, but a sense of control over their own life, knowing what they want, and having the ability to achieve it step by step. If you want to improve, take action; if you want to rest, confidently pause; if you want to grow, invest long-term, no longer relying on others' approval to define your worth. When someone begins to make choices for themselves instead of living for others' opinions, becoming beautiful is for self-pleasure, working hard is for independence, resting is for self-love. That kind of confidence and freedom is the true foundation of a genuine sense of security.
