Why is bureaucratism hated? Because they are not responsible for results, but for their own position, for processes, for "nothing going wrong," essentially only accountable to superiors and the system, but not to the problem itself. They use endless approvals, meetings, and record-keeping to complicate simple matters, dilute clear responsibilities, and shift all risks onto the executors, making those who actually do the work the most dangerous people. As a result, the entire system becomes a finely tuned machine of dispersed responsibility: it does not seek to solve problems, only to prove that it "followed the rules," ultimately consuming efficiency, suppressing creativity, leaving only superficial operation and ongoing internal conflicts.
