People always need some bad habits to catch those moments when they can't hold on.

It may not be understood, and it may not be healthy, but it is real and effective: when order collapses and emotions spiral out of control, it helps people temporarily maintain internal stability.
We think we are relying on some kind of "bad" thing, but often, that is just the lowest-cost way for a person to self-rescue under limited conditions.
People don't always live by the "correct way of life," but rather by some biased, even somewhat out-of-control things, gradually pulling themselves back into daily life.
The real question has never been "whether there are bad habits," but when life loses its fulcrum, what other ways can we use to prevent ourselves from falling completely?
