📰 【U.S. Court Rules Trump’s 10% Global Tariffs Unconstitutional】

BlockBeats reports that on May 8, a U.S. trade court ruled on Thursday that the latest 10% tariff measures implemented by U.S. President Trump are invalid. This tariff-surcharge approach lacks a legal basis. Earlier this year, on February 20, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the large-scale tariff measures implemented by the Trump administration under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act lack clear legal authorization. After the ruling was announced, on the same day, Trump switched to Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 and announced a 10% “global import tariff” on goods from all countries and regions, for 150 days. Brothers, the old U.S. court just knocked down Trump’s 10% tariffs. The moment this news dropped, Bitcoin jumped right along with the U.S. stock market. With Old Top Trump going back and forth like this, the market is getting shaky and jumping around—yet for our crypto circle, it’s actually good news. Safe-haven funds have to run back into big-money bets and Ethereum. The case isn’t over yet; there will definitely be more action ahead—so keep your eyes on it and don’t miss out.
