US Prosecutors Seek Leniency for Former Celsius Executive Before Sentencing
US prosecutors asked a federal judge to reduce former Celsius executive Roni Cohen-Pavon’s sentence after citing his cooperation against Alex Mashinsky. Cohen-Pavon pleaded guilty in September 2023 to fraud and conspiracy tied to CEL token manipulation, and his sentencing hearing was moved from May 7 to May 13.
