Lately, I’ve been seeing on-chain data “hiccup” all the time. Actually, most of the time it’s not that your network is bad—it’s that middle layer catching its breath… Indexers/Subgraphs first organize the on-chain stuff into a format you can query. When there’s a node reorganization or the index falls behind, it can cause temporary inconsistencies; and since everyone uses the same few RPCs, the moment you hit rate limiting you get a 429 right away, so wallets and dashboards look like they’re “loading” on the surface. My current obsessive-compulsive method is: for the same transaction, check it through at least two different entry points (different RPCs/different browsers). Don’t go clicking around and granting authorization just because you see delay— the more you rush, the easier it is to sign the wrong thing. Recently, I also heard that in some regions taxes and compliance measures get tightened and loosened in waves, so expectations for deposits and withdrawals keep changing. Everyone ends up staring at the charts and digging into data even more, which makes things more crowded… Sigh, I’m tired, but I’m still holding on. In any case, control your permissions first—if it takes longer, then it takes longer.
