I find myself itching to place orders, and eight out of ten times I don't even understand what I’m buying. It's just the group chat moving too fast + KOLs posting a picture with three sentences, igniting my little anxiety of “not falling behind”… Honestly, I’m not buying coins, I’m buying a sense of participation. So who do I blame when I lose money? Blame the group messages being too noisy? Blame the KOLs shouting too well? Actually, they’re just amplifiers.

Recently, the repeated circulation of regulations on stablecoins, reserve audits, and the “de-anchoring rumors” feels like ghost stories. The group reacts with shock and surprise, and I find my heartbeat quickening too. Then I think: the real responsibility isn’t on who’s louder, but on my own “just get on the train first and see.” From now on, when I see this kind of forwarding wave, I’ll first put my phone on the table for five minutes, so my hand doesn’t move faster than my brain.
