Good morning everyone
Watching the overall market entering short-term consolidation and sideways at the daily chart level, Ethereum and most altcoins are experiencing quite a strong pullback. This is enough to show that the current market liquidity is fragile and there is a lack of confidence. However, before mainstream altcoins truly break out, it is more suitable to give people who have not yet accumulated spot positions a chance to buy in batches. Since the market structure is still pointing upward in terms of the overall trend, things remain relatively healthy. For now, just keep an eye on whether the structure can continue to hold in the coming days.
Latest developments about the US and Iran indicate that both sides’ leadership are engaged in a “verbal war.” As the conflict has not really escalated, the market has entered a silent period in the short term as well. So we should continue to wait and see whether there will be any substantial progress afterward. The market is mainly focused on whether support near 80,000 on the downside can hold. If it breaks, the uptrend is likely to get damaged easily, and market panic would increase. Personally, I will keep my previous bullish view unchanged.
For the current BTC and SOL liquidation map, it shows that long and short positions are relatively balanced. However, the concentration level of BTC longs and shorts is average. ETH is quite special: the bears are actually in control, with very few bulls, and the concentration of longs and shorts is also sparse. It is worth watching whether this changes later, and it is also one of the reasons why Ethereum’s upward performance appears somewhat tired and why the pullback strength is relatively large.
Today’s overall fluctuation ranges: BTC is 80000-83000, ETH is 2250-2360, and SOL is 86-90.
Today’s contract strategy:
BTC: 81500 or short on a rally, take profit at 80000
ETH: 2330 or short on a rally, take profit at 2260
SOL: 88.5 or short on a rally, take profit at 86.5
Warm tips:
1. The stop-loss suggestion should be set according to your actual liquidation price and how much losing principal you can tolerate.
2. Don’t be greedy—take profits when you can. Better to take a small loss than to hold through a position. If the direction is right, continue to hold.
