1. Excited Out-of-Control Phase: At the moment of action, adrenaline surges, and emotions are completely out of control. At that instant, only instinctual release remains, with no fear or guilt, only a sense of relief and venting. Rationality temporarily shuts down, completely dominated by extreme emotions.
2. Panic and Collapse Phase: After a few minutes to hours, impulses gradually fade, and rationality begins to return. They start to face the brutal reality, fear being discovered, fear legal punishment. The mind repeatedly replays the scene, leading to insomnia, palpitations, mental tension, and falling into endless anxiety.
