Just now I encountered that moment again... "I clearly clicked send, why is there still no response"… Basically, it's the mempool queuing. Your transaction is first thrown into a large waiting room, and miners/block producers pick and bundle them; whoever pays the higher tip gets on the bus first. During congestion, it’s more like rush hour on the subway, with people cutting in line (resubmitting with higher fees), some being pushed to the next train, or even waiting too long and being deemed failed by the wallet, needing to start over.

My current feeling is: don’t rely too much on the “labels” and prompts of on-chain tools. Sometimes it looks like it’s about to be confirmed, but it’s just that they update slowly or are misled. You still need to use common sense to judge: is the network congested or not, and whether you’re willing to pay that extra “spicy sauce fee.” Anyway, my approach is very simple: if it’s not urgent, just wait patiently; if it’s really urgent, add a little fee. Don’t sacrifice the whole taco just to save that one bite.
