ME News Report, April 9 (UTC+8), Geoffrey Global Economist Mohit Kumar stated in a report that although the ceasefire agreement in the Middle East is fragile, it is expected to hold. Kumar said, “We have reached a stage where both sides want a ceasefire because continuing the war would have negative impacts on both.” Kumar added, “Trump wants to reach an agreement because he has not received support for continued war from his ‘Make America Great Again’ base.” Meanwhile, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps will face difficulties due to economic destruction, which could pave the way for subsequent uprisings. He stated, “Considering the interests of both sides, we believe this unstable ceasefire will be maintained.” (Jinshi) (Source: ODAILY)
