Aave files emergency motion to lift $71M ETH freeze against ArbitrumDAO
Aave LLC submitted an emergency motion to dismiss an asset freeze notice against ArbitrumDAO that covers about $71 million in ETH. Aave said the assets belong to users affected by the April 18 attack and were meant for restitution. Aave also asked the court for an emergency hearing to temporarily lift the freeze while it works with the Arbitrum community and DeFiUnited on compensation.
