In parent-child relationships, adults have a stronger influence on emotions and power, while children's self-regulation abilities are not yet mature, making them more susceptible to being defined by adults' words and emotions. When adults express themselves in negative or out-of-control ways, children cannot escape and can only internalize these evaluations, affecting their self-esteem and personality development. Many so-called "disobedient" behaviors are actually reactions to stress due to immature development. The key is not to control the child, but for adults to first stabilize their own emotions, allowing children to learn how to view themselves and the world within a safe relationship.
