🚀 May Trading Recap: Navigating the Waves on Gate.io Plaza! 📈
Hello, fellow traders! As we wrap up an action-packed May, it’s time to look back at the charts, the trades, and the lessons learned. This month has been a roller coaster of volatility, but with the right tools on Gate.io, it’s been an incredible journey.
Here is a breakdown of my trading highlights for May:
💎 Key Highlights & Performance
Market Sentiment: May started with some uncertainty, but the mid-month breakout provided excellent entry points for both majors and trending altcoins.
Top Performers: My portfolio saw significant gains from $BTC and $ETH during the ETF hype, along with some high-potential meme coins discovered right here on the Gate.io ecosystem.
Risk Management: Staying disciplined was the theme of the month. Using trailing stop-losses saved my capital during the sudden liquidations.
📊 My Strategy This Month
I shifted my focus toward Spot Grid Trading to capitalize on the sideways movement we saw in the first two weeks. Once the trend turned bullish, I transitioned into Futures with low leverage (3x to 5x) to ride the momentum without over-leveraging.
