I'm now a bit indifferent to the points/badges in social mining: if I can easily claim them, I do; but I won't spend my time just for a "status," especially if it risks security in the end, it's not worth it. Frankly, many task designs are just making you click a few more times, connect to a few more sites, with the time and risk costs being real money.

Recently, there are more phishing links, a bunch of fake pages in the group for "reclaim points" and "verify identity," just looking at them makes me tired; plus hardware wallets are out of stock, some people just use hot wallets to hard-press, but if permissions get mixed up, it's even easier to get hacked. I have one rule: don't create new wallets just for points, don't grant unlimited permissions randomly, and if you really want to do tasks, first check the source of the links and domain names carefully. I'd rather take less than risk having to write an apology statement someday... that's all for now.
