Lawyer Seeks 30,700 ETH Frozen by Arbitrum DAO After Kelp Exploit

Attorney Charles Gerstein served Arbitrum DAO with a restraining notice and three writs of execution seeking more than 30,700 ETH frozen after the April 18 Kelp exploit. Gerstein argues the ETH is North Korean state property controlled through Lazarus Group and should satisfy unpaid U.S. judgments for past hacking victims. Arbitrum has not officially acknowledged the notice, which warns that non-compliance is punishable as contempt of court.
