Just now, I got a little itchy and wanted to chase, but I pulled myself back first to ask: What exactly did I see? Or was it just a big bullish candle pulling my emotions along? To put it simply, if there really was information, it should be able to clearly explain "who is buying, where they are buying, and whether liquidity is sufficient," otherwise it's just impulsive.

Recently, the extreme values of funding rates caused a lot of noise in the group: some say a reversal is coming, others say the bubble is still being squeezed. I now prefer to treat it as a thermometer... If it gets too hot and burns my hand, I’ll reduce my position first, check the pool depth and rate changes, and confirm whether slippage is acceptable. It’s tiring, but I’m still here, so I’ll follow the process for now and not let emotions place my orders.
