World Liberty Financial Countersues Justin Sun for Defamation
World Liberty Financial filed a countersuit in Florida state court against Justin Sun, alleging defamation in a dispute tied to about $240 million in frozen token assets. World Liberty Financial said Sun ran a systematic pressure campaign and that his prior public and social media statements were defamatory. Sun had previously sued the project, accusing it of illegally freezing the assets.
