Good news not leading to a rise means it's not really good news; the market and capital don't recognize it. So, Pi is just going crazy and hyping itself up. What are DEXs and smart contracts? Those are the most basic features of a public blockchain. If the price doesn't go up, the ecosystem will never develop. If you were the boss, would you accept a currency that depreciates by over 90% in a year?
