Aave filed an emergency motion in New York to lift a restraining notice that blocked Arbitrum DAO from transferring 30,766 ETH to Kelp exploit victims. Gerstein Harrow LLP said its clients hold more than $877 million in default judgments against North Korea and claimed that gave them a right to the Ether. A judge has not ruled yet, and Arbitrum DAO voting on the transfer ends May 7.
