Bitmine continues to strengthen its dominance by maintaining accumulation actions throughout the past week. In just seven days, the company managed to acquire 101,745 ETH, which automatically boosts its total asset holdings to 5.18 million ETH tokens. With this figure, Bitmine is recorded to have controlled 4.29% of the entire circulating ETH supply in the market.
This massive move aligns with asset optimization on the network, where by May 3, 2026, Bitmine has staked 4,362,757 ETH into the staking protocol. This amount accounts for approximately 84.2% of the company's total portfolio, valued at $10.2 billion, based on an assumed price of $2,336 per ETH. This progress brings Bitmine one step closer to their target in the "Alchemy of 5%" mission.
Completing their market movements, Bitmine also bolsters its reserves through transactions with the Ethereum Foundation. Through Over-the-Counter (OTC) channels, Bitmine secured an additional 10,000 ETH at an average price of $2,292.15 per token. This direct collaboration reinforces Bitmine's position as a primary liquidity partner for the Ethereum development foundation, while also ensuring efficient reserve asset additions without triggering excessive price volatility.
