Just woke up and saw another bunch of "points ranking / badge tutorials," basically using your time as fuel, and in the end giving you a fading avatar frame, while you have to fool yourself into believing "a sense of participation is priceless." I used to get caught up in it too, but then I realized the most expensive thing isn't gas, it's attention: daily check-ins at specific times, sharing, completing tasks, and as a result, the on-chain data I should really be looking at and the sleep I should be getting are all drained.

Now the L2s are still competing over TPS, fees, and subsidies, with mouth-warring flying everywhere. Everyone casually treats "ecosystem storytelling" as if it's love... I, on the other hand, won't get married, just short-term dating: clear rules, controllable costs, easy exit, and I play for a couple of days; then they start pushing "identity binding, continuous check-ins, reset if missed," I just see it as a way to scare me off. That's all for now.
