Aave LLC has filed an emergency motion with the U.S. federal court to lift the approximately $73 million ETH freeze order. The related funds are connected to the April 18 Kelp DAO attack incident, and the court on May 1 ordered restrictions on Arbitrum DAO transferring the recovered funds. Aave states that the claimants attempting to recover these funds have unsubstantiated claims attributing the attack to Lazarus Group. Aave founder Stani Kulechov said, "Thieves do not own what they steal," and these funds belong to the hacked users. (The Block)
