The messages in the group have really exploded these days, with KOLs posting a picture and two words "Those who understand, understand," and then everyone starts to follow suit. To be honest, in the end, the person who presses the buy/ chase the rally button is still themselves; blaming others is useless... But this kind of group atmosphere definitely pushes people to follow along.

Especially recently, with stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and various rumors about "de-pegging," emotions are moving faster than information. I now mainly focus on large flows of stablecoins and the hot and cold wallets of exchanges. When I see unusual activity, I take a closer look; if there's no movement, I treat it as noise. I'm tired but still hanging in there; anyway, it's better to keep my hands under control than to follow emotions.
