Someone asked me, how to improve your speaking skills? Actually, there is a very simple but surprisingly effective method, which is a variation of the Feynman Technique: in daily life, choose any object in front of you at any time, and describe it non-stop for 3 minutes. Whether it's a car on the roadside or an apple on the table, you can structure your description, including its color, shape, function, the feelings it brings you, or even stories you associate with it. The key is not how advanced your speech is, but to keep outputting continuously, so you always stay in an expressive state, without pauses or awkward silences. Practice consistently for a period of time, and you'll noticeably feel your thinking become more fluent, your expression more natural, and you'll no longer feel nervous when facing strangers or the camera. Your brain's "speaking" circuit will be constantly reinforced, gradually making you someone who can clearly and logically express your ideas.
