I find myself quite typical: I make a little profit, sleep pretty well; but once I have floating losses hanging over me, even if it's just on paper, I keep wanting to get up in the middle of the night to check, and the more I look, the more alert I become. Honestly, it's not about the money, but the nagging feeling of "Did I do something wrong," and my mind automatically starts replaying, even blaming myself for not waiting two more minutes at the time... Anyway, it's pretty tormenting.

Recently, hardware wallets are out of stock again, phishing links are everywhere, and the more these things happen, the easier it is to lose composure: afraid of losing money, but also afraid of clicking the wrong link and going completely to zero. So my current approach is a bit cautious—avoid jumping through too many routers and cross-chain transactions if possible, prefer slower but safer, because saving my life is more important.

There's also a small change: I used to follow some people who posted daily updates, thinking "maybe it's useful"; but these days, the more I watch, the more anxious I get, so I unfollowed them directly—seeing less, worrying less. Let's leave it at that for now; being able to sleep is better than anything else.
