60M MAU sounds huge until you ask: what are they doing? Most are clicking lightning bolts for mining. Open Mainnet needs real dApps with retention. If 100+ ecosystem apps launch to 0 DAU, the “distribution moat” means nothing. ETH has fees because people pay to use DeFi. Pi has users but no proven PMF yet. I’m watching 30-day active dApp users post-mainnet. No PMF = no buy pressure.
