Ondo selected for the DTCC Industry Working Group, participating in the development of tokenization standards for the U.S. capital markets

ME News Report, May 4th (UTC+8), the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in the United States announced the formation of an industry working group to promote the development of tokenization in the U.S. capital markets. Ondo was selected as a member of this working group and will collaborate with well-known institutions such as BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Franklin Templeton, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Citadel Securities, the New York Stock Exchange, Circle, Fireblocks, and Robinhood to design related solutions. DTCC’s total custodial assets exceed $114 trillion, with an annual clearing volume of $3.7 trillion, and is developing a tokenization service to move core capital market processes onto the blockchain. Frank La Salla, President and CEO of DTCC, stated that tokenization is expected to bring significant changes to market operations, offering new liquidity, transparency, and efficiency.
