Lately I've been feeling a bit itchy to buy again, almost confirming my decision before stopping to ask myself: Am I getting new information, or am I simply being pushed to add more positions by the K-line and the lively atmosphere in the group? Honestly, if there was real information, I would write it into my spreadsheet: source, logic, worst-case scenario, stop-loss point; if I can't write it down, it's probably just emotions running high.

Airdrop season is the same, with a points system and anti-snipe measures making everyone feel like clocking in at work. My obsessive-compulsive tendencies really make me log everything like bridges, swaps, claims as mileage... but once I realize "doing tasks just for points," I just automate whatever can be automated, and leave the unprofitable stuff behind. Chasing rallies is the same; it feels like working overtime for the market, so I just step back first.
