On May 2, the Ethereum Foundation completed the sale of 10,000 ETH to BitMine, with an average transaction price of $2,292.15 (approximately $22.9 million). This marks another instance of fund disposal following a similar transaction earlier this year. The proceeds will be used to support operational expenses, such as research and development (R&D) and ecosystem grants, and will be executed through a disclosed multi-signature wallet as part of its ongoing fund management strategy.
