Ethereum core developers set a post-Glamsterdam gas limit floor of 200 million after a weeklong interop in Svalbard. The team also stabilized external block builder implementations and finalized gas repricing for EIP-8037. Separately, the Ethereum Foundation sold 10,000 ETH to Bitmine Immersion Technologies for about $23 million to fund development.
