The official promise is clear: never sell PI, do an ICO, or conduct crowdfunding; any "sale of PI / futures" is an unauthorized scam.
On-chain actions conflict with commitments:
Between February and October 12, 2025, 1.2 billion tokens were transferred out, some of which went to exchanges / over-the-counter markets, constituting substantial selling, violating the "no sale" promise.
On August 5, 2025, a large transfer of 550 million tokens occurred, with no reasonable explanation from the official side, severely lacking transparency.
Conclusion (from the project rules perspective): clearly violations, representing a deviation from public commitments and actual actions, suspected of market manipulation and fraud.
