Iranian Foreign Ministry accuses the United States of "prematurely abandoning" the agreement terms
ME News report: On April 9 (UTC+8), Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Bagheri posted a video on social media. In the video, White House press secretary Levitt told reporters earlier today that Lebanon is not a participant in the two-week ceasefire agreement.
Bagheri wrote next to the short video: “If this isn’t another example of the United States preemptively breaking its promises, then what is?!”
Bagheri also reposted a post published yesterday by Pakistani Prime Minister Sharif, saying that Iran and the United States have “agreed to an immediate ceasefire in all regions, including Lebanon.”
