Most problems actually have solutions; the key is to stop endless daydreaming, write down your thoughts, and turn chaos into clarity. When facing pressure and anxiety, I need to deliberately train myself to act even in unease, rather than stagnate. In the past, I often procrastinated due to lack of clarity and didn't have a clear plan, which made me even more confused. Instead of constantly seeking external approval, it's better to first learn to truly approve of myself. When I feel overwhelmed, I also need to remind myself that I don't have to try to control things I can't control, but instead focus my energy on the parts I can change, gradually moving closer to my goals.
