Never hold any industry in a halo.

A jacket on Xianyu was bought by a teacher from Shanxi.
When purchasing, she was very detailed, taking about 20 pictures of different parts in videos and photos.
Because the buyer told me she was a teacher and wanted to wear this outfit during her public classes, she asked very carefully.
There's nothing wrong with that; it's normal to ask a few more questions when buying something.
The buyer didn't confirm receipt after the clothes arrived.
I guess as a teacher, she was busy, so it automatically confirmed receipt after three days.
Unexpectedly, as the delivery date approached, the buyer extended the receipt period again.
A colleague even warned me, saying maybe she’s trying to get the clothes for free, using it as a fitting room.
I rebutted, saying that’s impossible—could a teacher really do such a thing?
My colleague’s words proved prophetic:
In the morning, the buyer sent a long voice message, roughly saying:
She’s a teacher, she’s overweight, and bright colors don’t look good on her.
Can she exchange for other clothes?
It’s been three days since she received the clothes, she hasn’t confirmed receipt, class is over, and the clothes have fulfilled their mission—this is her next move.
Professions are equal; halos don’t equal value.
Don’t overly romanticize any industry; its dark side can also make people despise it.
Halos are filters; only by demystifying can we see more clearly.
Have you encountered any weird things on Xianyu?
Let’s share some stories. $ETH
