ME News message: On April 9 (UTC+8), Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Baghai posted a video on social media. In the video, the White House press secretary Levitt told reporters earlier today that Lebanon is not a participant in the two-week ceasefire agreement. Next to this short video, Baghai wrote, “If this isn’t another example of the United States breaking its promises in advance, then what is?!” Baghai also reposted a post published yesterday by Pakistani Prime Minister Sharif, which said that Iran and the United States have “agreed to an immediate ceasefire in all regions, including Lebanon.” (Source: BlockBeats)
