I found that unrealized losses really affect sleep more than unrealized gains, even though I haven't sold yet. Basically, my mind defaults to "once it's lost, it can't be recovered," and keeps imagining the worst-case scenarios; unrealized gains, on the other hand, I tend to see as "it was supposed to be like this," which is a bit ridiculous. Last night, I checked on-chain data and social media sentiment, and saw that before and after the main public chain's upgrade/maintenance, everyone was guessing whether ecosystem projects would migrate. I also got a bit nervous, and the positions in my hands started to feel like long spikes stabbing me. (Me: Stop watching, you can't control it anyway.)

Later, I thought about it—loss aversion is like this: when you're losing, every minute feels like a reminder "you did wrong," but when you're winning, you're rarely reminded "you did right." All I can do now are some rough methods: reduce my position a bit, set clear stop-loss points, and the rest... well, just don't stare at the market in the middle of the night.
