ME News, April 9 (UTC+8). On Wednesday, San Francisco Federal Reserve Chair Daly said that despite the uncertainty and volatility brought by the Iran war, the United States economy’s fundamentals remain “in good shape.” Daly said, “We see consumers still spending, businesses still investing.” She added, “There are indeed concerns that this could push up inflation—that’s our responsibility, and we will pay attention to it. There are also worries that the labor market may not be strong enough, but we haven’t seen that; what we see is that it is stabilizing at a good level.” (Jin10) (Source: ODAILY)
