These days, I see people directly taking "stablecoin supply increase + ETF inflows and outflows" as evidence that "off-exchange money coming in = immediate price surge," basically confusing correlation with causation... Sometimes it's just market makers swapping ammunition or arbitrage moving bricks, looking lively on-chain, but when emotions run high, it's easy to imagine things that aren't there.

During extreme fund rate situations, it's even more ridiculous—people arguing in groups whether to reverse or keep squeezing the bubble. I also get itchy watching, but my OCD kicks in, so I set alerts and limits first: only check at the designated time, and do nothing if not. Once I set that, I really breathe a sigh of relief, like locking the thought of "should I chase" in a cage... Anyway, I’d rather miss out than be led around by the rate.
